For pre-seed & seed AI startups

Look fundable, not like another AI wrapper.

You raised. The product is real. But the brand still looks like the demo: a purple gradient, a templated wordmark, a landing page that could belong to any of the last hundred launches. The Fundable Brand Sprint replaces it in three weeks, with about three hours of your time.

Why it exists

Investors see a hundred decks a month. Sameness is expensive.

When your brand looks generated, people price you like a wrapper: customers hesitate, candidates wonder if the company is real, and investors file you next to the other twelve they saw this week. None of that has anything to do with how good your model is.

The fix is positioning plus craft: a brand built by a human, on a real argument for why you exist. Everyone can feel the difference, even when they cannot name it. I wrote about the pattern in why every AI startup looks the same.

What you get

Everything a launch needs. Nothing it does not.

  • Positioning sprint: strategy session + written brief
  • Two distinct identity directions in week one
  • Full identity system: logo suite, colour, type, applications
  • Animated logo + a motion element for launch day
  • Custom launch page, designed, built, and live
  • Brand guidelines + every file, handed over clean
How it runs

Built for founders who are busy building.

  • Done for you: about 3 hours of your time, total
  • One kickoff call, the rest async
  • Fixed timeline: three weeks, dates agreed up front
  • Fixed price: $1,750, no hourly surprises
  • Two spots a month, because the studio is just me
  • Week-one checkpoint: if neither direction fits, we realign before anything gets produced

Three weeks, start to live.

  1. Week 1 · Position

Strategy session, written brief, and two distinct identity directions to choose from.

  2. Week 2 · Craft

The full identity, built by hand from the direction you picked, with one focused revision round.

  3. Week 3 · Launch

Motion, the launch page live on your domain, and a clean handoff of everything.

Founding price · Two spots a month

$1,750, everything included.

One number, agreed before we start. It covers the strategy, the identity, the motion, and the launch page. This is the founding price while the sprint's first case studies go up: once the founding spots are gone, it moves to $2,500, and the price you book at is the price you pay. Anchor it to what it is for: your announcement, your hiring, your next raise. A brand that undercuts those moments costs far more than a sprint.

Start smaller

Not sure you need the full sprint? Start with a teardown.

The Brand Clarity Teardown is a $200 recorded review of your current brand: what reads as templated, what that costs you with investors and customers, and the three moves I would make first. Delivered in 48 hours, private, and if you book the sprint within 30 days, the $200 comes off the price.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

How much does the Fundable Brand Sprint cost?

$1,750 while founding spots last, fixed and agreed before we start. It includes the positioning sprint, the full identity system, an animated logo and motion element, and a custom launch page live on your domain. Once the founding spots are gone, the sprint moves to $2,500.

Why is it cheaper than your Brand Identity System?

Honest answer: because it is new. Founding clients get the full scope at $1,750 while the sprint's first public case studies go up. Once those spots are gone, it moves to $2,500, in line with the rest of the menu. The price you book at is the price you pay.

How long does the sprint take?

Three weeks from kickoff to launch, with dates agreed up front. Week one is positioning and two directions, week two is the identity build, week three is motion, the launch page, and handoff.

How much of my time does it need?

About three hours total: a kickoff strategy session, a direction decision at the end of week one, and a final review. Everything else runs async, built for founders who are busy building.

What if I do not like either direction?

That checkpoint exists on purpose. If neither direction lands, we go back to the brief and realign before any production work starts. You are never pushed forward on a concept you have doubts about.

Why not just generate our brand with AI?

For a private placeholder, go ahead. The problem is that generated brands average the category, so you end up wearing the same uniform as every other launch. In a market drowning in that look, human craft is the signal that a real team is home.

We are not an AI startup. Can we still book it?

Yes. The sprint is aimed at AI startups because that is where the sameness problem is worst, but the process fits any funded early-stage team that needs to look like a real company, fast.
